• Contacts: Used for backup and restore functionality. Never uploaded to any server.
• Photos: Accessed for duplicate detection and cleaning. Processed locally on your device only.
• QR Codes: Generated and saved locally on your device.
• App Preferences: Stored locally to remember your settings.

Third-Party Services:

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect:

• Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
• Device information (model, OS version)
• Ad interaction data
• Location data (approximate, if permitted)

2. How We Use Your Information

All features of Phone Manager Plus work locally on your device:

• Contact Backup: Creates local backups that you can export manually.
• Duplicate Detection: Scans your contacts and photos locally to identify duplicates.
• QR Code Generation: Creates QR codes on your device without any server communication.
• Cache Cleaning: Analyzes and clears local cache files to free up storage.
• Performance Optimization: Monitors device performance locally and optimizes accordingly.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data security is our top priority:

• Local Storage: All your data is stored only on your device.
• No Cloud Uploads: We do not upload any of your contacts, photos, or personal information to cloud servers.
• No User Accounts: We do not require registration or login. No user accounts are created.
• Device Permissions: We only request permissions necessary for app functionality (contacts, photos, camera for QR scanning).

4. Third-Party Services

Phone Manager Plus uses the following third-party services:

Google AdMob

We use AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob is a Google service that may collect and process data according to Google's privacy policies. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings.

• iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking → Disable tracking for our app
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

5. Permissions Requested

Phone Manager Plus requests the following permissions to function properly:

• Contacts: To backup, restore, and detect duplicate contacts.
• Photos/Media: To scan for duplicate photos and manage your photo library.
• Camera: To scan QR codes using your device camera.
• Storage: To save QR codes, export contact backups, and manage cache files.
• App Tracking (iOS): Optional permission for personalized ads. You can decline this permission.

6. Children's Privacy

Phone Manager Plus does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. Our app is not directed at children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

7. Your Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is accessible directly on your device.
• Deletion: Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
• Export: You can export your contact backups anytime in JSON format.
• Opt-Out: You can disable ad tracking in your device settings.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

9. Data Retention

Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• Your data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.
• We do not retain any data on our servers because we don't collect any.
• Exported files remain on your device until you manually delete them.

10. International Data Transfers

Phone Manager Plus does not transfer your data internationally because all processing happens locally on your device. However, Google AdMob may transfer data according to their privacy policies.
