1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Phone Manager Plus mobile application ("App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Phone Manager Plus is a mobile application that provides the following features:

• Contact backup and restore functionality
• QR code generation and scanning
• Duplicate contact detection and removal
• Photo duplicate detection and cleaning
• Cache cleaning and storage optimization
• Device performance monitoring and optimization
• Contact export in JSON format

All features operate locally on your device without requiring cloud storage or external servers.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Phone Manager Plus. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will use the App in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws

4. License and Restrictions

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Phone Manager Plus on your personal mobile device solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use automated systems or bots to access the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
• Use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the App

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Data Backup: Creating and maintaining backups of your important data before using cleaning or deletion features
• Device Security: Maintaining the security of your device and preventing unauthorized access
• Permissions: Managing app permissions on your device according to your preferences
• Exported Files: Securely storing any exported contact files or QR codes
• Review Before Deletion: Carefully reviewing items before permanently deleting contacts, photos, or cache files

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the App
• Warranties that defects will be corrected

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements or that the operation of the App will be error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Data Loss: Loss of contacts, photos, or other data resulting from use of the App
• Device Issues: Damage to your device or data corruption
• Indirect Damages: Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Lost Profits: Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Service Interruption: Any interruption or cessation of the App's availability

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

8. Third-Party Services

Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads are subject to Google's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of advertisers.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to:

• Software code and architecture
• User interface design and graphics
• App name, logo, and branding
• Documentation and content

are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information. Key points:

• All data processing occurs locally on your device
• We do not collect or store your personal data on our servers
• Third-party advertising services may collect data for ad personalization

11. Updates and Modifications

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Phone Manager Plus and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

15. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights or provisions.
